I had the honor of working with Richard for over 2 1/2 years. During this time, he not only successfully managed and further developed a strategically important cooperation with our partner S7 Technics in Russia, but also developed the Remote Table Inspection project, a very important service for SR Technics, which enabled our customers to continue technical inspection of their engines in our overhaul shop during the Corona pandemic without having to be on site. I have found Richard to be a highly motivated, hard-working and innovative employee, who is always coming up with new ideas and suggestions for improving processes and services for our customers.

Richard is an experienced aviation professional who uses his excellent management skills to run an efficient department, who is respected by his colleagues. His organisational and planning skills are of particular note and I am pleased to post this recommendation.
