In my 20 years as a developer I've rarely come across someone as talented working with people than Richard. In the last 6 years I've had the pleasure of working alongside Richard as a Scrum Master, during the recruitment process, and in his capacity as my line manager. I'm forever impressed by Richard's ability to understand people and teams, see the big picture and understand root cause; the great people we've hired are a testament to that.
