Richard's creativity, enthusiasm and ability to drill down into the core aspects of my, admittedly, chaotic diatribes has been incredibly helpful to clarify and make sense of what I was trying to achieve. Done delicately and with humour, but pressing at the right times and offering ideas and encouragement I couldn't recommend Richard enough for anyone wanting to move forward on the business, rather than just in it.
