Richard was in my chain of command while I was directing AT&T's high-profile, national Wi-Fi rollout. Richard was a hand-picked member to a very high-performance (special forces-like) team. Richard was an A-player on that team of high performers. Some noteworthy highlights: Intimately involved with the acquisition of top brands, including a deal with McDonald's where he was integral with pricing, strategy and profitability management. Richard also worked directly with other important brands to secure initial Wi-Fi deals. He showed good judgement by quickly escalating to me when a client was close to walking away--those actions led to the deal being saved. Perhaps most importantly, Richard contributed with great customer and technology insights, understanding the needs of our partners, and worked with them to showcase WiFi.
