I looked after Management Level 3 - 5 Learners on Apprenticeship Diplomas at various locations.Since taking this challenge, I have mainly been looking after a large cohort from South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue and fully and successfully guiding almost 50 students through their apprenticeship scheme internally.

I am a ILM Management Level 3-5 Tutor who is responsible for the delivery and organisation of the qualifications covering the Yorkshire Region.I am also delivering other qualifications such as Team Leading L2, Customer Service L2 & L3 and Business Admin L2 & L3.Within this role I will also be completing IQA verification of colleagues work to ensure compliancy of correct assessment decisions.

I was responsible for running the Traineeship courses at Chesterfield College. This means that I had to organise, deliver and follow up the training programmes, monitor work placements and teach Occupational Studies, Employability Skills and Functional Skills maths and English to the groups of Traineeships students.I was also involved in the verification process of checking and approving other Tutors completed portfolios. … I was responsible for running the Traineeship courses at Chesterfield College. I helped and guided a wide variety of different learners through apprenticeships in many different NVQ areas including Business Administration L2 & L3, Customer Service L2 & L3, Team Leader L2 and Management L3 & L5.Alongside these qualifications, I also delivered Functional Skills level 1 and level 2 qualifications in English, Maths and ICT as well as all the BTEC Vocational Qualifications that accompany the NVQ Apprenticeships.Other elements of my role included group classroom… I helped and guided a wide variety of different learners through apprenticeships in many different NVQ areas including Business Administration L2 & L3, Customer Service L2 & L3, Team Leader L2 and Management L3 & L5.Alongside these qualifications, I also delivered Functional Skills level 1 and level 2 qualifications in English, Maths and ICT as well as all the BTEC Vocational Qualifications that accompany the NVQ Apprenticeships.Other elements of my role included group classroom delivery of Business Administration and Customer Service to unemployed persons looking for work by helping them achieve extra skills, qualifications and attributes desirable for employers in a modern workplace. I was also responsible for Internal Verifying in all these subjects. I was able to build up my own skills in my first full time Tutor / Assessor role and my previous experience in looking after my staff, guests and members as well as the overall… I worked for almost 5 years delivering a wide variety of apprenticeships and qualifications, which include all my current apprenticeships with Astral Training and also Exercise and Fitness L2 & L3, Leisure Management and Operational Services. I was also responsible for Internal Verifying in all these subjects. I was able to build up my own skills in my first full time Tutor / Assessor role and my previous experience in looking after my staff, guests and members as well as the overall running of the facility was essential.
