Full responsibility for HR stream of Workday FY22 • Established the Bravura Diversity Strategy managed by employees across all locations, one outcome being the increase in the proportion of Female People Managers from 17% to 28% of all People Managers in two years. • Accountability for all Employee relations activities across all local jurisdictions. • Global leadership of Covid-19 Pandemic activities on behalf of the Board and Executive including the return to workplace initiatives under the Ways of Working Program with full global OHS compliance. • Management of the Board Remuneration Committee in line with ASX listing requirements including coordination of the Board Annual reviews on Board and Committee effectiveness. Preparation of the Annual Remuneration Report and management of LTIP with full investor endorsement at each annual AGM Shareholder vote.
