At the KnowHow Hub I have ownership of all client engagements / relationships and support services for the south region of the country as well as our UK and Australia clients. As part of my Business Analyst role, I ensure that products are designed to specification, cost and meet client satisfaction. I make certain relevant system upgrades and product rollouts are achieved on time / on budget in accordance with approved Project Plans. In addition to the Management of the Testing Function, I Provide detailed knowledge of the product and its uses to our client base and potential prospects. This includes demonstrations, requirements analysis, service delivery, problem resolution, training and business solutions.
