Richard is a man of vision, one could say he has many "I's".! Both innovator and inspiration and all round incredible guy to work for. I would rate my years under his stewardship as some of the most intresting years of my career. He created a team at Turner, which I was proud to part of. With Richard's dedicated leadership that team achieved many brilliant things.

Richard was my first boss in the world of promos. His enthusiasm and energy is very contagious and every time you work with him you always want to be on your A game. Richard has always championed people helped, given advice and pushed to the next level. He was a pleasure to work with and still is someone I rely on for help and support.
