In this current role, I develop an enterprise-wide application for Air Force, shorten the software delivery period from seventy to thirty days while serving as scrum master on a seven-person Scrum team. I co-create value between teams and customers by adopting and adapting relevant ITIL 4, Agile, and Lean concepts, guiding principles, and techniques to influence change, comprehension, implementation, and execution. It is worth mentioning that I utilize JIRA and MS Teams as the team's artifact repository and information radiators for the project.
