In this current role, I develop an enterprise-wide application for Air Force, shorten the software delivery period from seventy to thirty days while serving as scrum master on a seven-person Scrum team. I co-create value between teams and customers by adopting and adapting relevant ITIL 4, Agile, and Lean concepts, guiding principles, and techniques to influence change, comprehension, implementation, and execution. It is worth mentioning that I utilize JIRA and MS Teams as the team's artifact repository and information radiators for the project. Furthermore, I direct internal and external cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risk for planning and execution phases to upgrade two network operations centers for hardware and software installation, configuration, and implementation of SCCM CB, SCOM, and SCORCH for configuration management and application monitoring of all USAF servers and computers.My accomplishments within this role are the following:• Recognized as the company's and customer's Agile Project Management and ITIL expert.• Selected for Project Management Leadership Development program from a pool of 250 project managers.• Acted as scrum master for USAF-wide application, saved an average of $6M annually, reduced 1.60 m staff hours to 200k per year average.• Led team to earn IEC/ISO 20000k-1: ITSM assessment and CMMI 1.2 and 2.0 Maturity Level Three for Development.• Converted nine projects to Scrum or Kanban, consequently enhancing effectiveness/efficiency and delivering clear project and process visibility for projects impacting over 650k users.• Maintained MS Project Integrated Master Schedule and organized scheduled and ad-hoc meetings to update project teams, stakeholders, and customers on project status.• Upgraded whole 650,000 USAF client infrastructure to Microsoft (MS) System Center Configuration Manager Current Branch (SCCM CB), MS System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), and MS System Center Orchestrator (SCORCH).
