  • Successfully aligned ASAALT business processes to the Secretary of the Army and Chief of Staff Army’s Army Force Generation (ARFORGEN) model, achieving an 80% or higher equipment readiness rating of combat brigades by Reset plus 180 days (R+180)• Employed Lean Six Sigma (LSS) techniques to evaluate the current ASAALT business process for material fielding, which resulted in several recommendations being incorporated into the Future Business System (FBS) capabilities development document (CDD).• Aligned the Army’s Unit Set Fielding (USF) and Total Package Fielding (TPF) with ARFORGEN Reset and unit readiness policy, achieving a C2 readiness levels at R+180 days for 8 Brigade Combat Teams (BCTs)• Worked with AMC and ASAALT Chief Information Officers (CIO) to automate the new business processes and developed a software application deployment strategy focused on executing the ARFORGEN process to ensure achievement of 80% unit readiness level by R+180.
