Identify and target improvements to boost contract performance as well as value for money for both the client and operator and client profitability. • Working alongside the EHS manager in the preparation of environmental data and undertaking planning audits/inspections on behalf of the operational team. • Preparation of draft budgets, year-end forecasts and month-end finance forecasts. • Recognised as part of the leadership team, frequently supporting the local and national management with disciplinary’s, waste awareness training to improve the quality of waste throughput (both internal and external) and ISO accreditation audits. • Acting as a mentor for new contract managers and other operational colleagues including management, supervisors, and weighbridge colleagues.
