A self-starter and go-getter by nature, he was able to quickly step into a vacant position, start at the ground level cultivating leads, and develop strong partnerships with various community organizations. I highly recommend Richard as a person of character, integrity, professionalism, and team player. Richard was my regional sales director at Autumn leaves from the time I began working on 5/21/2018 until August of 2019. Fortunately at that time having been in healthcare for 23 years I had had several regionals who were nothing like Richard. There was never a sense of dread when I knew he would be spending the day with me be it in the office or doing community outreach where other sales positions I’ve held, dread was ever present. Richard made it very clear that he was not someone who hovers and micromanages. He was there for me to be my mentor and trusted in me.
