  My role as materials supervisor is to successfully and safely manage and deliver materials during the TA event. I coordinate and expedite materials dependant on what is priority. I am responsible for collecting and collating data so to keep track of TA milestones, this information is vital and is relayed to TA management on a daily basis. I also use this information to flag up any material queries. I create shortage reports for all TA materials. This information is relayed to the TA requisition team and PSM so materials can be expedited or alternative solutions be made. I manage multi storage facilities, including outdoor storage.
