I have known and worked with Richard for nearly 9 years. Facilities and IT have had to work closely together on many projects, just one of those was to deliver a whole new corporate office together to house 300+ people, complete refurbishment, new layout, new offices, electrics, data points, computer room, telecomms, decor and furniture etc. Richard was key to managing the build, the programme and the trades people to exacting deadlines and tight budgetary controls, the end result was an excellent working environment. Richard is conscientious and hard working, he has always been there when needed and a cool head in a crisis, he is self motivated and a team player, he would be a credit to any business and I can thoroughly recommend him.
