The role was to lead a diverse team of 10 KWL employees, which included senior management members and operational support staff through the Young Enterprise ‘who wants to be an entrepreneur’ competition. The competition involved raising money within the perimeters of three set tasks. Each task required the conception, planning and execution of a project. At the end of each task, I was required to present a report of the team’s activities and achievements to a judging panel. The report was delivered alongside other team leaders, within the Young Enterprise boardroom. After the presentation the team leaders where then required to evaluate their teams contribution to the task and overall performance, this was done through an intensive Q&A session.
