America, the U.K, the Caribbean, and Asia. Management is very strong; solid share structure with substantial inside ownership.I currently oversee the day to day operations including a staff of over 20. This includes but is not limited to managing the Canadian fleet, creating business cases for all capital expenditures, evaluating overall operational performances, creating and tracking all financial results for operations as well as assisting in all bid and tender responses. On top of the former, I also support all aspects of specialty projects with sales which can involve travelling to locations of potential job sites to assist the project management team in cost analyzing.
