Under my leadership we were 1 of 3 stores out of 31 to win the prestigious Perfect 8 competition in 2013, 1 of 4 stores out of 31 to win the Vibrant Rioja sales competition in 2013 and 1 of 5 out of 33 to win the March Madness sales contest in 2014. I trained and promoted a member of my staff to GM of the new Austin TX store in February 2014 and trained his staff before and during their profitable grand opening in March.
