Trained in Norwood, MA at the Meditech facilities for system build and passed appropriate testing prior to project build. Development of EDM 5.65 Assessments and Treatments from inception to completion utilizing analysis of current meaningful use and state and federal mandates as well as other Catholic Health East EDM modules to build a product that met the needs and standard of practice of Holy Cross Emergency Department. Created education roll outs in August, 2011. Member of team to develop Pediatric vital sign norms across several CHE Facilities. Collaborated with other PCS members to build hospital wide PCS and ORM assessments, interventions, and processes. Worked with other team members to implement the system hospital wide. Development of an ER fall scale. Teaching BVM Scanning Procedures and implemented process in ED. Taught EMR utilization to staff. Member of the Broward County Healthcare Coalition. Researched Disaster Management protocols under the auspices of the ENA/AEN (eminence award for 2011) and the Holy Cross Research Committee. Awarded an Institute of Nursing Excellence Scholarship
