On 5 January 2009 we opened this firm to provide specialist services in employment law ,litigation and taxation of employment law awards and settlements.Our firm has been and continues to be involved in significant high profile cases. We do not always win but we win enough to be a force in the development of employment law in Ireland as many cases we were involved in are now precedents. Cases I have been involved in have been reported in the Irish Employment Law Reports, I was the Solicitor who presented and won the Labour Court case for 58 workers against Goode Concrete,and won their Equality claim before what was then the Equality Tribunal. We were the Solicitors who won 5 Payment of Wages Appeals on Points of Law to the High Court in 2013,and other Points of Law since the latest being on 24 October 2017in a case against First Glass Limited under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997. We have been involved important cases reported in the Labour Court .We represent weekly in the WRC ( previously known as the LRC and EAT) clients in cases involving Unfair Dismissal,TUPE,Redundancy,Fixed Term and Part Time Working Time case and Equality claims We represent employers and employees, The firm website has a range of Guides on Employment Law for employers and employee We have been on a regular basis interviewed and quoted on TV, Radio, and, in National Newspapers on s employment law issues. In 2013 , 15 , and 17, the firm was a finalist in the Employment Law Team section of the Irish Law Awards. We were winners of the Employment Law Firm/Lawyer of the Year in 2018 .In 2015 to 2018 a finalist in the Sole Practitioner/Principal section of the Irish Law Awards.In 2017 and 2018 we were also finalists in Dublin Solicitor Law Firm of the Year,and, Excellence in Marketing and Communications In 2018 we were nominated for Excellence in Client Services Dublin and Law Firm Innovation Award .
