I worked with Richard during a phase of intense strategic development at Babcock. Richard was tasked with developing the concepts and innovative solutions to ensure that the Division was competitive in the rebid of Next Generation Estates contracts to MOD (£200M+ p.a at stake) and a project to develop the strategic planning options for entry into new market sectors.
