Bio
Tom H.
I studied with Richard when I was attaining my CELTA certificate from Cambridge Teaching House. Richard is a great teacher trainer, and while working with him he brought his years of experience to the forefront. Richard was always helpful and provided constructive feedback. I remember specifically telling me that teachers should create spaces for students to demonstrate their new knowledge and skills, and to always assume the best! While studying with Richard the lessons I gave to students became more student centered. Richard has both theoretical and practical expertise that he readily shares. Richard believes in student-led learning and strives to see his CELTA trainees and English language learners grow. I recommend Richard for all positions relating to that of an ESL teacher or a teacher trainer.
