Keystrokes training is provided to the highest possible standard using innovative and flexible trainng methods to ensure customer needs are always met. I am a qualified teacher and assessor with 8 years training experience, and know no learners learn the same way, so differentiation techniques are used in delivering training to ensure all learners are fully included in training courses. I train as an IT Trainer delivering training in Microsoft Office packages from beginners to advanced level. IT Training is delivered in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Publisher, Project, Visio and Sharepoint. I am also able to offer accredited IT Training in ECDL, ECDL Advanced and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), and prepare learners fully for the accreditations. I am frequently asked to deliver Microsoft Project training for training providers in the private sector. I deliver a Project training using a step by step process method with guidance notes. The method has received glowing feedback from Project professionals and the method is often used in managing projects.Through Keystrokes training I also deliver accredited train the trainer training and offer Education and Training (EAT) Level 3 training through the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health(CIEH) and Highfields Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC). All training and support delivered by Keystrokes is provided to the highest possible standard and a full mentoring serivce is also provided as part of EAT training.Training through Keystrokes training is very flexible for the delivery of IT and EAT training and training venues are available in the following areas:CardiffNewportBridgendSwanseaThrough Keystrokes training, I also work as a Freelance Trainer and work with some of the biggest IT Private training companies in South Wales, i.e. E-Academy, Computeraid, Careers Change Wales, Engage Training (Bridgend College), JanRo Training, Excellence IT.
