Created and designed work manuals from scratch for the Granulator machines; this streamlined the operating process and increased the productivity of nine employees, Freudenberg purchased three more granulators due to the increased efficiency. Optimized Cam Slicers by designing, assembling, and installing a metal part that prevented wires from being entangled; this resulted in reducing four entanglements per day to zero. Optimized the laser slicer machines by analyzing the slice times of the Mitsubishi and Kuka arms and suggested changing the operating functions of both arms to minimize slicing times; this resulted in reducing slice times from seven seconds to under five seconds. Single-handedly reorganized the storage crib that contained 2000+ parts by categorizing all parts into groups based on machine usage and creating descriptions on the log; this resulted in cost reduction and reduction of maintenance time by several minutes. The main contract for Automatic Oil Groove machine for 1st shift.
