Richard is very detailed focus and solution oriented. He is an excellent team player but also great on solo projects. His extended knowledge in computer sciences and businesses make him a great asset. Richard is also a really good mentor while always keen to learn more in different areas. Working with him was a real pleasure :)

Richard Flatt played his role as a no nonsense financial manager of his resources, was focused and results driven. We worked to achieve his business deadlines and achieve tight business schedules, especially in implementing the infrastructure power facilities for the recent office at Konedobu. He was conscious of the "bottom line", we worked even throughout weekends or public holidays to ensure smooth transition. Working with KPI's of other project managers and contractors was a significant strength of his. I strongly recommend his credentials for future responsibilities he may encounter.
