This position was split between two areas- first being carpet and upholstery cleaning, second restoration of residential and commercial properties from fire and water damage. My duties included initial demolition work, minor- plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, general construction, and job site cleanup. Learned general construction methods and experience working with subcontractors. Consistently exceeded customer expectations. Good safety record working in various construction environments as well as various weather conditions.
