Accountable for the delivery of Planning Requirements for multiple plans. Work Experience gaining experience of: • Assess the Network Rail Programme Schedule Adherence documents and the BGCL database guidelines to: o Appreciate Primavera database settings and how they influence each programme within the database. o Set-up programmes using admin preferences to understand how they influence the programme. o Used a live project example to appreciate methods of communicating the programme to project managers and the project team. o Gained a clear understanding of how primavera calendars can cause errors in programmes and the simple fixes that can be used. • Using a live programme and GA drawings developed and looked at phasing charts, Trackers and Box plans to understand how planners can use other tools to present complex primavera programmes • Looked at excel tools that can be used to quickly check programmes for compliance to client standards
