  Currently working in Management Information as a Business Intelligence Analyst, providing and designing reports for operations and clients using SQL queries and reports via Report Manager. Providing historical analysis in regards to ASH and sales history. Have knowledge of the Amcat dialler having been Dialler Manager on the Sky contract. Crystal reports, Aspect Administration also SQL Server Management Studio and Visual Studio are other tools that I have used and am competent with in my time at Garlands. The role involves using the full Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, as well as Access and Telecoms software, SQL and Visual Basic. Also was previously managing holidays, sickness and forecasting, designing shifts as well as supporting operations in the day to day running of campaigns. Previously seconded to the training department where I coached and developed existing staff and also ran induction training for new starters joining the Sky contract. I was also involved as the main point of contact for Sky’s CRM project when initial roll out was due to take place, implementing and training of a new customer management system. I was in this post for one year. Whilst managing the dialler for the Sky contract I performed various tasks including: loading campaigns, testing queries, creating logins and running reports from the dialler interface.
