I was honoured to work alongside Richard as an ALT in Ehime (Japan) as part of the Japan Exchange & Teaching (JET) Programme. Richard was a wonderful teacher who developed positive relationships not only with his students and colleagues but also within his local community as a whole. Richard always demonstrated impressive creativity and innovation in the classroom, designing a variety of imaginative games and activities that not only benefited his students' communications skills but also fuelled their motivation to learn a second language. As a human being, Richard is a warm, culturally sensitive, approachable, intelligent and incredibly creative individual with a wonderful sense of humour and a keen eye for detail.

Dice is the sharpest and most talented content guy I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have learned an insane amount from Dice. His breadth and depth of knowledge about content strategy really just scratches the surface of Dice’s vast fountain of experience and expertise.
