  Working in a supermarket during the Covid-19 lockdowns was an incredibly challenging role which I took in my stride. One of the key skills developed during this experience was teamwork and positivity. Alongside reinforcing my team, I was often faced with difficult situations with customers which I handled calmly and efficiently. Being a key worker during the pandemic meant that I was frequently the only contact that many people during that time had- this was an incredibly important and gratifying experience.
