      Experienced in: Intelligence, Criminal Investigation, Drug Enforcement, Serious Organised Crime, Robbery, Cash-in-Transit, and staff development. I developed intelligence procedures that are currently the basis for all intelligence led operations within Suffolk Constabulary and was instrumental in the creation of the force Automatic Number Plate Recognition, (ANPR), Unit intelligence gathering procedures. I led the Suffolk Force Intelligence Bureau during the 2006 Suffolk murder investigations, supervised the force Compliance and Authorities Bureau and the Inteliigence Development Officers tackling cross-border and serious organized crime. I was involved in implementing the force Organised Crime Group Mapping system and the development and introduction of the National Intelligence Model, (NIM), within force. At retirement I was the Intelligence Manager for the Ipswich Area, supervising both police officers and police staff and was a member of the Ipswich Area Command Team. Show less
