  Designed, developed, patented, costed, sourced from Far East manufacturing sources, tested and ready to launch innovative products for the commercial Water Treatment and Building Services Industry. Responsible for the concept of the X-POT from zero to a hero product which took VEXO to +/-GBP3M in turnover. The X-POT became the best selling Side Stream Filtration Unit in the UK and has also sold in many countries around the world. Along with many everyday products with a VEXO 'twist' I included to the line-up to bolster sales. I designed developed every single(not off the shelf) product which VEXO markets today, the PD-Monitor, The D-POT, Y-MAG etc, including all of the different versions of the X-POT. All designed on my own PC and software. I gained a stack of knowledge on how and which products need to be in the market place and also how your team performs around you in bringing these products to market. It was a shame my time ended with VEXO as I thought we were all going places together but it wasn't meant to be, but i've learnt allot along the way and know how to put that knowledge to good use in the coming months and years.
