To me, Richard is one of a kind! I collaborated with him (he is an internal customer/colleague) to hire a new team member for his team. He provided me with his insight, his idea of what he was looking for, the context of the business etc... very clearly and we also adapted/navigated together during the recruitment process to find the best person. Richard has this ability to focus on the potential of candidates/people, he doesn't only see the "today's skills" but is willing to teach/mentor his team members to bring them forward, which I was really pleased to see from a hiring manager. It shows an open-minded approach and his focus on self-awareness/self-development really does resonate with my own vision of recruitment. He seems to have passion for what he does and is willing to learn and grow, everyday, from everyone. Straight forward, smart and with a great sense of humour is what comes to mind if I think about Richard! I'd love to collaborate again with him in the future!
