bdaily were very fortunate to win the services of one of Twenty First Century Media's best camera operators but it was only following his appointment that it became obvious that Richard's skill and vision went beyond his camera capabilities. Richard had an excellent ability to make the best from a bad shot, story, situation. He had natural flair and creativity to help conjure up some excellent images, great sound and the ability to collaborate with the editing team to create the best results. Richard always delivered everyday and never ducked a challenge. His work ethic and dedication never waned and he was a very active and popular member of a small and very busy team! I wish Richard the very best of luck in an undoubted talented and fruitful career and I would have not hesitation on employing or recommending Richard at the highest level.
