      I conducted a Feasibility Study for Design and Implementation of Single Registry of Beneficiaries and Social Safety Net for Low-Income Families in Uzbekistan. I designed a methodology for feasibility review and conducted interviews with key stakeholders.       Hunger Safety Net (HSNP) is a program of the DFID developed with a mandate of delivering long-term guaranteed cash transfer to chronically food insecure households. The program works with other social protection initiatives run by the Government of Kenya and other donor agencies that purpose to eradicate poverty and reduce inequalities. The first phase of the program provided cash transfers to 60, 000 households in the northern part of Kenya.
