Richard was always and will remain my "go to" expert for Epicor. I have worked with Epicor through the Accounts Payable and General Ledger side. If something didn't work, I knew Richard could either fix it or work out a way around it. He doesn't treat non IT people like idiots and takes time to explain steps when teaching something new. A really great guy to work with.
