Richard's work ethic has always impressed me, simultaneously managing leadership roles pre-Covid in sister companies, Trails of Indochina, Indotrek and Kingfisher Ecolodge - along with the exciting inaugural Coupe de Hue cycling event. Richard is certainly a talented team manager, product developer and marketer, with an infectious passion for adventure travel in Indochina, allied with an ever increasing knowledge from his frequent professional and personal explorations. A true gentleman to work with, I have no hesitation in recommending his expertise and services.

Richard was introduced to new ways of marketing, business development and product creation during my collaboration with him as Brand Director for Indotrek. Richard takes on new challenges with much enthusiasm, is highly dependable and when learning new things, he maintains a hands on, can-do approach. I highly recommend Richard for any project management, leadership and general management roles within the Travel Sector since he is acquainted across the board; with a multi skillset in operations, business development, product and administrative management with a focus on destinations within South East Asia.
