  I was a special effects artist for the BBC 1 WW1 Centenary programme "Liverpool's Giant War". This was a documentary exploring the role of the Liverpool Pals in the 1916 Battle of the Somme. I was responsible for devising smoke effects used in the historical recreations scenes along with the supply of specialist props costumes and weapons.
