  Oversaw all aspects of our film and TV projects once the script was developed, from Pre-Production to Delivery. Was the primary contact for the production company (and all other above the line personnel), production legal team, accounting, and post-production supervisor. Created and helped to build our in-house studio, partnering with our magazine The Advocate to create original content for web and TV. Oversaw budgets and schedules for 12-16 projects per year, all of which came in on or under budget. Hired the production company and all other above the line personnel, and negotiated actor deals. Oversaw deal creation and binding of production and E&O insurance.
