This job initialed that as employees that we were to talk with the kids why they were placed in a treatment home and to help them with any questions they may have. Also to teach them life skills for when they do get to go home to a normal atmosphere and know how to handle certain situations. Staff takes them out to do activities in the community and try to give them a home experience as much as possible. Teach them how to cool clean build stuff if they need to and show them how to use manners. We also are taught to talk them past suicide and if they want to harm someone else in the home. We do give them medication that is proscribed to them from a doctor everyday. Show less
