  Responsible for managing staff and shifts in the school-age program (more than 440 classes and 2700 students per week). This involves managing shift timetables, the hiring, training and ongoing development of staff, ensuring qualifications are kept up to date, as well as teaching and supervising on several shifts a week. While in this role I have actively tried to bring modern methodology and mindset into staff development as well as my practices as a teacher.
