Assurance Mezzanine Fund (“AMF”) is a lower middle market focused private credit platform currently investing mezzanine capital from its third fund. AMF generally targets companies with between $1-$10 million of EBITDA domiciled in the U.S. The fund is industry agnostic although it will not invest in the real estate or oil & gas exploration industries. AMF will consider LBO, MBO, recapitalization and growth financings for both sponsored and non-sponsored transactions. The current investment amount in a single transaction can range between $3-$10 million. While continuing to invest from AMF III, we plan to launch a unitranche debt fund in the near future which will provide us with an expanded capability in terms of asset class and increase our investment size to $25 million.
