I was very fortunate to work with Richard whilst seconded to IMKAN Properties as Project Director on the AED9 billion dirham master planned community Al Jurf in Abu Dhabi. I found Richard to be an extremely knowledgeable construction professional who added great value across the development, design, documentation and delivery phases of the project. Richard's vast experience in construction in the Middle East meant he was able to perceive potential issues before they became construction problems and we were able to resolve these issues to avoid impacts on time and cost. Richard's list of contacts, suppliers, material knowledge and buildability expertise was of immense benefit to me personally and the project valued greatly from his involvement.
