After close to 30 year in senior HR roles, I have been offered an opportunity to manage two incredible Children's Services in Greater Manchester for The Children's Society.Our Reaching Communities team support children and young people that go missing from home on a regular basis. Each time they do this there is a significant risk that they may be hurt or exploited. They are also prey to gangs who use their vulnerabilities to draw them into damaging and illegal activities.I will also lead a small outreach team to work around Greater Manchester to identify vulnerable children and young people and work with them to help them to make better choices and reduce risk of harm.Please get in touch if you would to know more about our work or you feel that you could support our activities.
