Enabled the end user to retrieve work, record the activities occurring during the workflow process, and close the item in the user’s queue. o Developed the Administrative pages for the ASPIRE application to allow users with the assigned profiles to update skill parameters within the system helping to direct the workflow through the application to adjust for volumes on a daily basis. o Developed the majority of the test classes for the ASPIRE application to provide the required code coverage and to provide process routine testing to detect any issues that may occur under future development. o Worked with another developer to develop the ETL processes to integrate ASPIRE with its external data sources. Using Dataloader and VBA, we developed an automated process to push and pull data from Salesforce tables. • Solely responsible for development the Productivity tracking application using VBA that is able to dynamically conform to the areas that had been using excel spreadsheets. This saved hundreds of resource hours in collating and compiling the information. Reporting is now available within seconds that had previously taken days. Because of the dynamic design, the number of users grew from 20 to 30 users to over 700 users across diverse groups within the company. • Developed a VB.NET application to perform OCR capture of screen text directly from any open document. This would then allow the user to do a spot check of the captured text and could then Copy and Paste into other Policy entry applications with accuracy. • Improved the Quality data reporting automated application to correct data reporting inconsistencies.
