Day-to-day running involve maintaining the safety of the centre, as well as boasting high quality swimming lessons to fit to everybody's needs (including people with disabilities) and building a good rapport and reputation within the community. Worked predominantly at Arnold Leisure Centre, from September 2012 until March 2020, helping out with staff shortages from time to time at the Carlton Forum and Calverton Sites. From July 2020 moved to work permanently at Carlton Forum Leisure Centre, currently training up to be a duty manager which involves day to day running of staff in different areas of the centre and the running of the centre itself Show less
