Richard and I worked closely together on a number of important salesforce and business strategies. His ability to turn complex information into easy to understand and directional communication is excellent. On a number of occasions he has taken what were old and clumsy processes, and turned these around to provide concise and relevant communication and information, which immediately had an impact on the outcomes of certain strategies. Richard demonstrated, consistently, a thorough knowledge of how financial information could help drive sales force direction to increase revenue and profits, which he then supported in the implementation through better communication to the sales force. He has a great work ethic and demonstrates a very smart approach to achieving what needs to be done. I have very much enjoyed working with Richard, and he would be a great person to have in any team.
