      Since joining the ACSI team in 2002, Richard has acquired hands-on debt collection experience from the ground up. Richard worked as Recovery Agent, Team Leader, Operations Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer (COO) before being promoted to his current position of President / C.O.O.in August of 2016. His knowledge of debt collection operations and the regulatory requirements associated with them is extensive and spans all of ACSI’s market verticals.
