I have worked with Richard for the last 7-8 years at Central/Vodafone. Richard was/is one of the best Telephony engineers within our NOC/TSC department and was always approached by most of our collegues in the business from field engineers to product specialists for his knowledge. We were keen to get Richard into our OSS team and eventually got him and he is an assett to the team. Since Richard moved into the OSS Transition team he has provided a solid Avaya/Telephony backbone to both the Infrastructure teams and the transitions teams and deals with complex Avaya issues daily. Richard is currently learning the NetIQ processes to expand his knowledge even futher. Richard is always helpful and maintains a high professional approach and is always keen to help and give advice to others. Customer satisfaction is always foremost as well as having a high degree of technical and interpersonal skills. I would highly recommend Richard to any prospective employer.
