I used my wealth of operational management experience, this resulted in rapid results including leading circa 500 customer service accounts with a significant annual revenue, developing a high functioning function through the successful leadership and mentoring of over 40 key employees and managing multiple departments such as customer service, stock control, technicians, quality control and the distribution centre to drive success and growth. I achieved multiple successes within the position including reducing costs significantly through the creation and introduction of stringent new operational processes and reducing of wasted resources, delivery of a successful service back log reduction project that saw a reduction in timescales from 4 months to 1 week, transforming the distribution centre and providing ongoing enhancements to quality.
