  Reformation Community Project (RCP) is an organisation that sought to reach out to communities across London, through intervention and prevention, transforming lives of young people who have been disenfranchised and marginalised by society. In its advocacy work RCP have seen lives transformed dramatically. Many young people who were indulging in gun and knife crime primarily due to their gang activities, have left the life of misdemeanour.
